Personal Net-Gaines continues to be
a vital component in the curriculum
at the Community Culinary School of
Charlotte. The school teaches people
culinary, employment, and life skills
to help them successfully enter the
workplace with confidence.
Personal Net-Gaines provides presentation to the women attorneys of Nexsen-Pruet. Nexsen-Pruet one of the largest law firms in the southeast hired PNG to provide a half-day program for their Women’s Committee. The program included research from Catalyst’s study on gender stereotyping, success strategies, and advancement axioms. Kelly Gaines, CEO of Personal Net-Gaines, also facilitated a panel discussion about leadership and advancement.
650 Food and Nutrition Services Employees enjoy day with Personal Net-Gaines. Empower your people and encourage them to utilize their full potential was the underlying theme of the annual meeting for the Food and Nutrition Services employees of Greenville County Schools. Kelly Gaines provided a 45-minute keynote address to the mostly female audience. Kelly spoke eloquently about the statistics and deaths that can occur from mishandling food and the awesome responsibility food service workers within the school system have to keep our children safe. The message of the presentation was to become the CEO of your life. Take charge, believe in yourself, be responsible for your choices, and practice great leadership. The keynote was followed by small interactive breakout sessions. Participants learned the full Business of Self™ model to set goals and create positive change. The program received rave reviews. K. The 10-month premier leadership development program offers existing and emerging leaders an intensive look at some of the most important issues facing Charlotte, such as health care, education, diversity, and government.
Work/Life Balance presented to the Sales Administrative Department meeting for S & D Coffee. PNG utilized the Business of Self™ model to discuss the importance of creating synergy within your life. The participants learned about becoming the CEO of their life. They discussed applying the success principles of leadership, responsibility, and belief to determine life goals. Participants discovered how to operate within a framework that sets priorities and leads to synergy.
