Personal Net-Gaines presents to the
Charlotte Women's Bar Association.
Kelly Gaines, CEO of PNG provided a
fun-filled, power-packed 60-minute presentation
to the Charlotte Women's Bar Association.
The 52 attendees enjoyed lunch at the
exclusive City Club while participating
in the interactive seminar. Each woman
was empowered to become the CEO of her
"Business of Self" - her life!
The Business of Self™ model teaches
women the importance of taking responsibility
for living with intention and creating
the life of her dreams. One of the participants
remarked, "This was the best meeting
yet!" We are looking forward to
working with the Charlotte Women's Bar
Association in the future.
Kelly Gaines moderates for the Women
in Food Service Forum Regional
Connect. The Women in Foodservice
Forum was founded in 1989 to develop
leadership talent and ensure career
advancement for executive women. Kelly
was invited to moderate the panel
because the mission and vision of
WFF and Personal Net-Gaines closely
parallel one another. "We both
want to empower women to envision
and achieve their highest potential,"
said Kelly during her opening address.
The theme of the panel discussion
was Building High Performance Teams,
one of WFF 10 key competencies, and
consisted of various female executives
in the foodservice industry.

an ongoing part of their curriculum.
Personal Net-Gaines continues to be
a vital component in the curriculum
at the Community Culinary School of
Charlotte. The school teaches people
culinary, employment, and life skills
to help them successfully enter the
workplace with confidence.
Girls on the Run Coaches to participate
in Women of Worth series! Girls
on the Run is a non-profit prevention
program that encourages preteen girls
to develop self-respect and healthy
lifestyles through running. The Women
of Worth series will provide the volunteer
coaches of Girls on the Run, the opportunity
to address their own self development
through the “Business of Self”
model. As a result, it is our goal
to contribute to and enhance their
coaching and role-modeling responsibilities.
